We shall ensure quality of engineering design and construction and effective management of projects and operations of utilities.
Our target is government, NGOs whose mandate is to deliver services to the citizens of Sierra Leone and private entities to enhance their businesses. Public and private institutions and NGOs that require to improve their performance.

Mr Lansana is a registered professional Engineer with the Engineering Council South Africa (ECSA) and a fellow of the Sierra Leone Institution of Engineers. He is a qualified civil engineer with a specialisation in water engineering and has a project management professional (PMP) credential with the Project Management Institute (PMI). In addition, he has completed programmes for Management Development and in Construction Adjudication, and Certificate in Financial Management. Furthermore, he has participated in workshops, seminars, short courses on Civil Engineering, Development, Design of Infrastructure, Procurement Strategy and Tactics, Contract Management, Asset Management, Operation and Maintenance of infrastructure, Environmental Protection and Sustainability, Sustainable Development, Design, Monitoring and Evaluation, Programme/Project development and management, Construction Adjudication and Institutional Management.

Mr. Joel Hindowa Kamanda, B.Eng Hons Civil, MSc Urban Engineering and Management and MBA.
Mr Kamanda is a Civil Engineer, specialized in water and Sanitation. He has 19 years of experience working on the engineering and management of water and sanitation projects of various scales including drinking water treatment and supply systems; wastewater collection, transport and treatment systems; public sanitation facilities, water resources management urban drainage systems and the evaluation of WASH Projects. He has played leading roles in the implementation of projects funded by bi-lateral and multilateral agencies including the World Bank, African Development Bank, DFID, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), UNDP, NEA, EU, Irish Aid,
Mr Dejean Modupeh Leonard Johnson
Transportation Infrastructure Expert.
Mr. Dejean Modupeh Leonard Johnson is a seasoned civil engineer with over 27 years of experience in designing and supervising roads and civil works, including buildings. A registered Professional Engineer and member of the Sierra Leone Institute of Engineers, he has expertise in route location surveys, highway and building design, pavement and drainage systems, and contract management. His notable projects include the Ultra-Modern City Hall, various roads across Sierra Leone, Mozambique, Liberia, and Senegal, and significant highway design reviews. Johnson has held roles such as Resident Engineer, Project Manager, and Team Leader, and is proficient in Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, Civil CAD, and EAGLEPOINT software, demonstrating strong communication and management skills.

Mr Anthony Lahai Munnah Ngobeh, Certificate and Diploma in Civil & Building Engineering and Bachelors in Technology in Civil Engineering.
Mr Ngobeh is a Civil Engineering Technologist with 12 years’ experience in civil engineering construction, Estate development, Logistics, Procurement, Management, Planning, Organization and Implementation of construction and civil works. He has experience in the mining industry, water and sanitation sector and the mining sector. He has experience in design and supervision of infrastructure construction.
Mr. Abdulai Augustus Brima
ENVIRONMENTAL EXPERT
Mr Abdulai Augustus Brima BSc Honours in Environmental Chemistry, MSc in Public Health, PhD candidate in Public Health. In addition, he has obtained an HTC in Secondary Education and certificates in WASH, Infection, Prevention & Control, Information Training and Outreach. Mr Brima has 18 years’ experience as lecturer and researcher. He is a lecturer in the environmental health sciences Department where he once served as head of the department of public health.
